Save Those Aluminum Cans And Paper! Recycling aluminum cans has been a successful NETWORK fundraiser for well over ten years and continues to bring in cash each month. We have faithful volunteers who will pick up large donations from businesses, clubs or churches. There are both can and paper recycling bins behind our location at 741 S. Sherman for individual or family donations.

Kroger, Tom Thumb & Albertson’s NETWORK receives funds from each of these grocers based on the purchases of “Reward” “Preferred” and “Cares” card holders but only if those card holders specify NETWORK as their assigned agency. For Tom Thumb customers our number is 846; Albertsons has a special card for the “Community Partners” Program” and must be presented when you check out. We have special cards for use at Kroger that must be presented along with the regular Kroger card. If unsure, inquire at the store’s customer service counter, mention NETWORK and begin contributing with your next purchase.

Li’l Mitzi and Mini Mitzi Each month NETWORK spends approximately $700 for fresh milk given to families with children. Li’l Mitzi is an almost life-sized calf with a plastic bottle for a tummy to collect donations. Li’L Mitzi or tabletop size Mini Mitzi love to graze at churches, synagogues, schools, businesses, and organizations to “make milk” for hungry children.
