Medical and Dental Voucher Program
The Network Medical and Dental Clinics have been at the forefront of assistance for uninsured children since their inception in 1992, working closely with the Richardson Independent School District and local medical agencies to ensure the best quality of care.
Basic needs assistance as provided with the Emergency Services Program but with a focus on the need of seniors aged 60 and above. Certain services such as our handyman program are available to all regardless of income.

Job Resource Center
Assists clients with job search activities, such as providing the use of phones and computers, a wide range of job leads, and resume preparation and assistance.
