Volunteer Group Application

Thank you for your interest in bringing a volunteer group to Network! Group volunteers help us accomplish critical tasks that would be difficult to complete without extra hands, and we’re grateful for your support. Before submitting your request, please review the following policies:  

Group Volunteer Policies 

1. Volunteer Hours 

• Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 

• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM 

• Select Fridays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM 

• Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM

2. Group Size 

• Weekdays (Mon–Thurs + select Fridays): Maximum 20 people 

• Saturdays: Maximum 10 people (limited staff available) 

3. Age Requirements 

• Volunteers must be 14 years or older 

• Groups must provide one adult chaperone per five minors (14-17 years of age)

4. Notice Requirement 

• Please submit your request at least one week in advance 

• Requests are reviewed weekly to ensure meaningful and appropriate placement 

5. Date and Placement Preferences 

• You may indicate a preferred date and program area (Food Market, Clothing Closet, etc.), but assignments are based on Network’s highest needs at the time 

6. Request Status 

• Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance 

• A staff member will follow up to confirm or discuss your request
